Mikey's Living Hemp Hummus
INGREDIENTS
3 Cups sprouted chick peas
1/2 cup Hemp hearts (Shelled Hemp Seed)
1/4 cup Hemp Seed Oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley
2 Tbsp cumin powder
2 Tbsp red miso
1 tsp cayenne powder
1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on low, stopping to turn the mixture until smooth.
Hummus is a wonderful dip for fresh vegetables or pita bread. It can be used as a filling for sandwiches, wraps and rolls.
Can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 4 days.
